Howard Dodd to leave high street business
Boots has confirmed that Howard Dodd is to step down from the post of chief financial officer at the health & beauty retailer.
Dood, who joined Boots in 2002, will stay in post until “at least” the company’s full year results announcement on May 19. A search for a successor is underway .
Richard Baker, Boots chief executive, said: “I would like to thank Howard for all his hard work and important contribution to the company over the past three years. I have worked well with him and respect his decision. I wish him well for the future.”
Dodd said: “I have enjoyed the past three years at Boots. I have been considering this decision since the turn of the year. I will now fulfil my commitment to complete this year’s financial results and support Richard in an orderly transition.”
