Boots acquires 49% stake in hearing care provider David Ormerod
Health and beauty products retailer Boots UK has acquired a 49% minority investment in David Ormerod Hearing Centres as part of an extension of its partnership with DOHC owner Sonova Holding AG.
Boots UK said the investment demonstrated its commitment to the further development of its hearingcare services in its stores. Boots Hearingcare currently operates more than 340 practices within Boots stores and Boots Opticians across the UK.
