Bloom & Wild launches flower range on Ocado

Online florist Bloom & Wild is to offer its flower ranges on the Ocado grocery website.

Called ‘Bloom & Wild at Home’, the range will become Ocado’s premium floral offer with the bouquets designed for “self-purchase”.

Aron Gelbard (pictured), co-founder and chief executive of Bloom & Wild, said: “Many of our customers are buying flowers for gifts, but there are few options to easily access stylish, long-lasting flowers at home, We’re in an excellent position to deliver our British designs at peak freshness through our supply chain to Ocado shoppers.”

Bloom & Wild at Home will offer bouquets priced from £10 to £20. Care instructions will be added to Ocado’s totes for home delivery.

Kerry Barker, Ocado buying manager for produce, said: “We continue to align ourselves with brands that focus on excellence in quality, design and understand what customers want. Bloom & Wild joins the likes of Daylesford and Natoora – purveyors of the highest quality products – for a floral category that we hope to expand over the coming years.”
