Bimba y Lola reports strong full year sales growth

Spanish fashion brand Bimba y Lola has seen its full year sales increase by 17.4% as its continues with its international expansion plans.

Global sales in the year to 29 February were €115.7 million while its international business rose by 22.2% and now represents 26% of the company’s sales.

At the end of the financial year, Bimba y Lola operated 210 points of sale in 17 countries and will soon be opening its ninth store in France in Bordeaux, and its seventh in the United Kingdom on London’s Marylebone High Street.

In a statement the company said: “Work will be done to consolidate the brand in France, seeking to create a presence throughout the country using a Franchise model, and to increase operations in the Middle East and Latin America, where new store openings are also planned during 2016.”
