Beatties confirms third party approach

The board of James Beatties has confirmed today that it “has recently received an unsolicited approach from a third party” The announcement comes following press reports over the weekend.
The board still unamnimously recommends shareholders to vote in favour of the current HoF proposal. Details of the new approach are expected by 16th July.
