Bath’s SouthGate signs up raft of new retailers
The SouthGate shopping centre in Bath has signed up a raft of new retailers.
Aviva Investors and British Land have announced that Office, Laura Ashley, Greggs and Lavazza have all taken space at the 430,000 square foot scheme.
The Lavazza store will be the brand’s first outside of London while Laura Ashley and Office have chosen to relocate from other areas of the city centre.
Simon Green, associate director for Aviva Investors, said: “These lettings further cement SouthGate as the prime retail destination in Bath.”
The deals follow recent lettings to Smiggle and Fat Face.
SouthGate is an open air retail scheme next to Bath Spa railway station. Its other retailers include Debenhams, Topshop/Topman, H&M, Hollister, Apple, River Island, Urban Outfitters, All Saints, Superdry and Pandora.
