Asos international director to step down

Online fashion retailer Asos has announced that its international director Jon Kamaluddin will step down from the board in October after nine years with the business.
In a statement, the company said it had begun the process of finding a successor and that Kamaluddin would work to effect a “smooth handover” before his departure from the company by December 2013.
Nick Robertson, Asos chief executive added: “Jon has played a significant role in the development of Asos over the last nine years, formerly as finance director and latterly as international director. Personally and on behalf of all of us at Asos I want to thank him for his outstanding contribution to our success and wish him well in the future.”
