All:sports joins Nectar scheme

Loyalty programme celebrating first anniversary
September 16 2003
Sporstwear retailer all:sports has joined the Nectar loyalty scheme as the programme celebrates its first anniversary.

Over 13m UK households have signed up to the Nectar programme since it was launched, exceeding the 12m target set by the scheme’s operators Loyalty Management UK.
All:sports, which operates around 280 branches across the UK, joins retailers including Sainsbury’s, Debenhams, Thresher Group and Adams, along Barclaycard, BP, Vodafone, and Ford.
Rob Gierkink, chief executive Loyalty Management UK, said: “We’ve had a great first year of Nectar and have met our targets. Signing up all:sports will help ensure that, as we move into year two, the Nectar programme will continue to go from strength to strength.
“It means UK consumers can now earn points at more than 5,580 outlets, plus wherever they pay using their Barclaycard and every time they use their Vodafone mobile phone.”
