Acquascutum to open first stand alone stores outside UK
4 July, 2011 | by Retail Bulletin
Acquascutum, the longstanding British fashion brand, is planning to launch its first stand-alone stores outside of the UK within the next year.
The retailer, which until now has only sold its clothing overseas through concessions and licensing partners, has announced plans to open stores in Milan and Rome.
In May, it was revealed that Acquascutum planned to move out of its Regent Street flagship store and would be replaced by Austin Reed.
