Abercrombie & Fitch hires new creative director of marketing

Abercrombie & Fitch has appointed Ashley Price as senior vice president and creative director of marketing.

Price was previously senior vice president of brand creative at J Crew where she oversaw creative teams for all divisions of the company including J Crew, Crewcuts and Madewell. Prior to that, she held strategic creative roles at Anthropologie, Ann Taylor Loft, GAP and Urban Outfitters.

In her new position, Price will oversee creative marketing for the Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids, and Hollister brands and the company’s internal photo studio, as well as marketing operations. She will report to Fran Horowitz, Abercrombie & Fitch’s president and chief merchandising officer.

Horowitz said: “We are thrilled and fortunate to have Ashley on board during this exciting time at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Her experience overseeing creative for globally recognized brands will be valuable for us and she will play a significant role in evolving our brand positions.”
