The WiHTL & DiR 2024 Role Models for Inclusion in Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail Index shines a spotlight on those championing equity, diversity and inclusion across the industry.
WiHTL & Diversity in Retail, the only Collaboration Community dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail sectors, proudly announces the release of their groundbreaking ‘2024 Role Models for Inclusion in Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail Index’.
Produced in partnership with The MBS Group, the Index shines a spotlight on over 75 equity, diversity, and inclusion champions from across the industry.
The role models featured in the Index are highly effective advocates of inclusion, working to ensure that everyone benefits from equitable opportunities in the workplace and can progress their career with confidence and a sense of belonging. Representing a broad range of job roles and functions, the Index serves as a reminder that equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) does not have to be the core focus of your role for you to passionately champion a mindset and working environment that enables everyone to thrive.
Also included in the Index is the “Advocates for Change” section which shines a spotlight on senior leaders and non-executives who are actively driving change within their organisations.
Inspirational stories feature throughout the Index from passionate individuals who are striving to make their workplaces and communities more inclusive. We hear what motivates them, the impact they hope to make and ultimately what their vision for an equitable future is.
Hosted by legal services firm DWF at their London office in the iconic Walkie Talkie building, the 2024 Role Models came together this afternoon to celebrate each other’s achievements and make a joint commitment to continuing to champion inclusion for all.
