Stack & Still to launch new site at Glasgow Silverburn

Stack & Still has chosen Glasgow’s Silverburn shopping centre for the opening of its second UK site.

Due to launch in July, the two-level store will be situated in Silverburn’s Winter Garden.

The first Stack & Still opened in Glasgow city centre in October and served over 500,000 pancakes in its first six months. The new store will sell the brand’s range of pancakes in different flavour combinations. It will also be able to seat up to 185 customers.

Paul Reynolds, co-owner of Stack & Still, said: “Expansion and roll out have always been part of our strategy and given the popularity of Silverburn. The ease of parking, and their consistent growth in customer footfall we are confident it will be the perfect location for our second site.”

The news follows Silverburn’s recent signing of a new children’s leisure concept called Fun Street. Stack & Still will join a strong restaurant offer at Silverburn that includes Thaikhun and  Five Guys.

Iain Mitchell, UK commercial director at Hammerson, said: “Introducing more exciting brands like Stack & Still across our portfolio is a real focus for us, as we know our customers love an experience that is different.”
