Marks & Spencer appoints food technical director

Marks & Spencer has appointed Andy Clappen as food technical director.

Due to take up his post in the new year,  he will succeed Paul Willgoss who is stepping down after 12 years in the role.

Clappen currently works as group corporate services director at Morrisons, a position he has held for over six years.
