Majestic names David Stead as non-executive director
Majestic Wine has appointed David Stead as an independent non-executive director.
Due to take up his role from 1 November, Stead will also become a member of the company’s audit, nomination and remuneration committees.
Stead was previously chief financial officer of Dunelm from September 2003 until his retirement in 2015. Prior to that, he was finance director for Boots the Chemists and Boots Healthcare. He is currently a non-executive director of Card Factory and Joules.
