Lidl GB introduces fully flexible working model for office staff

Lidl GB has announced that it is to allow staff working in certain roles to adopt a fully flexible working model following the pandemic.

In a statement on the supermarket’s Linkedin page it said: “We have moved to a fully flexible model of mobile working for appropriate head office and regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best.

“We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.”

Other supermarkets that have adopted hybrid working policies include the likes of Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
