Knoops expands leadership team with appointment of chief marketing officer
Knoops, the fast-growing chocolate drinks retailer, has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Romy Miller as chief marketing officer.
Miller previously worked as global brand director at Kelly Deli, the owner of Europe’s largest sushi brand, Sushi Daily. Prior to that, she was marketing and commercial director at Gail’s Bakery.
In her new position, she will be responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty through digital, and accelerating Knoops’ growth plans.
The retailer currently has 18 stores including two recently opened sites in Edinburgh and Nottingham. New shops in the pipeline include Leeds, Bristol, York and Newcastle. Knoops is also in discussions with partners to take the concept into international markets.
