Cornish Bakery appoints first managing director
Cornish Bakery has appointed Mat Finch as its first managing director.
With over 20 year’s leadership experience in the leisure, hospitality, retail, and tech sectors, Finch was previously the commercial and marketing director of Bourne Leisure Group’s Warner Leisure Hotels.
Whilst there he led a team of 120 and was credited with doubling revenue and delivering 90%+ occupancy. He also opened two new hotels for the family and founder-owned business across his 12 year tenure.
At Cornish Bakery, he will head up an 800 strong team and work alongside its founder Steve Grocutt to drive the company’s objectives including its rapid growth plans.
