Central England Co-op offers £10 Christmas dinner to support families on a budget

Central England Co-op is offering a deal where families who are looking to save money can buy a full Christmas dinner for just £10.

The retailer has introduced the offer in all 262 of its stores.

The deal includes a Bernard Matthews Golden Norfolk Turkey Mini Crown, McCain Roasts, Aunt Bessie’s Honey Glazed Parsnips, 12 Ready to Bake Yorkshire Puddings and a Mint Viennetta.

The retailer is also supporting its local communities with Christmas toy and food bank appeals. In addition, customers can help people experiencing food poverty by purchasing from the Co-op Irresistible range during December as Central England Co-op will donate 5% from each product sale to FareShare Midlands.

Store manager Brad Tuckfield said: “The frozen Christmas meal deal is an absolutely fantastic offer which is already proving a real hit and gives people the opportunity to enjoy a great value festive feast.

“With more people spending the festive period at home and in smaller groups in these uncertain times, we are delighted to have such a great offer to help make Christmas dinner easier for our customers and members.”
