Central Co-op extends member pricing to over 100 items

After cutting prices of over 50 products for members at the end of 2022, Central Co-op has  extended lower member prices to over 100 items.

The reductions on key essentials like bread, milk, pet food and toiletries will be locked until Easter.

As a part of the deals, a 4-pint carton of milk is priced at £1.50 while six medium free-range eggs cost £1 for members.

Central Co-op said members will be able to feed a family of six with a Sunday roast dinner for £8.35 due to a saving of £1.75 through their membership. Whole chickens, gravy granules, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, potatoes, and broccoli are all reduced as part of the member discounts.

Central Co-op chief commercial officer Andy Peake said: “We’re always looking for ways to give back to our members. These offers on a variety of products are part of our aim to support members in our communities this winter and beyond. We’re pleased to be able to lock these prices when they are needed the most, as we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of our members.”
