Aldi ramps up plant based menu

Aldi is looking to benefit from the estimated 3.5 million people taking part in this year’ s Veganuary by introducing an array of new vegan products.

Dishes on offer at Aldi stores from this month will include fishless tuna, vegan sausage rolls, a limited edition Korean BBQ Style vegan chicken sandwich as well as vegan onion bhajis and cauliflower wraps.

In addition, the retailer will be stocking a range of chilled and frozen vegan ready meals, vegan pizzas and rosemary and onion sausages.

For those with a sweet tooth, Aldi will be offering a vegan choc stick in two different flavours.
