Zara opens upsized store at Atria Watford
Fashion retailer Zara has opened an upsized store at the Atria Watford shopping centre.
Situated in a prime location in Charter Place, the two-storey shop stocks the brand’s clothing ranges for women, men and kids.
At 43,000 square feet, the shop is more than double the size of Zara’s previous unit at the scheme.
Atria Watford is owned by property company SGS and asset managed by Global Mutual in conjunction with Savills as property managers.
The centre is home to hundreds of brands, both large and small, including the likes of Mango, Uniqlo and Hollister.
Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, said: “It’s been a strong start to 2024 for Atria Watford. The centre has been a hive of activity and we’re incredibly excited to see the new Zara store open its doors.
“The household name has always been very popular with our shoppers and the upgraded store will act as a real footfall driver, significantly enhancing our fashion offer.”
