White Stuff launches heartwarming campaign ‘Christmas with Friends
White Stuff has launched its latest Christmas campaign, Christmas with Friends, shining a light on real people who embody the brand’s values of individuality, creativity, and community.
Building on White Stuff’s ongoing initiative to place customers at the heart of its marketing, Christmas with Friends features an inspiring cast of women from all walks of life, including:
- Women “shed-ers” from Somerset.
- Life drawers from South London.
- Community choir singers from Bermondsey.
- Mums who skateboard in London.
The campaign also spotlights three members of Craft Forward, a Brixton-based group making blankets for the homeless. In December, Craft Forward will donate these blankets across five London boroughs and host free workshops teaching locals how to knit and crochet.
Out-of-home and digital activation
To amplify Christmas with Friends, the campaign was showcased in gold-framed 96-sheet formats at five prime locations in Manchester, supported by an out-of-home campaign across 20 additional sites. It continues to gain momentum online through social media and White Stuff’s own channels.
In-store workshops with charity partner Create
As part of its broader Christmas initiative, White Stuff has partnered with charity Create to run Christmas craft workshops in four stores. These events encourage customers to make festive crafts, connect with others, and learn more about the charity’s work supporting creativity in the community.
Celebrating White Stuff’s Christmas collection
The campaign also serves as a showcase for White Stuff’s Christmas collection, which draws inspiration from the nature of Christmas. Highlights include cotton dresses with folkloric motifs, an evergreen colour palette, and signature festive knits.
Julia Monro, White Stuff’s Brand Director, said: “Christmas with Friends is a continuation of our strategy to extend the reach of our brand and establish our values. We are committed to championing independent spirits who do things a little differently, and our campaign features 12 White Stuff customers looking fantastic in our Christmas collection. Through this campaign, we hope to celebrate the significance of communities and diverse hobbies, while bringing people together during this special time of year.”
White Stuff’s Christmas with Friends campaign celebrates what makes the season truly special: real people, unique stories, and the connections that bind us.
