Vince chooses London for first permanent store in Europe

Vince has chosen London’s South Kensington for the opening of its first permanent retail store in Europe.

The US brand has also launched a new flagship shop in New York.

Situated at 169 Draycott Avenue, the London store covers around 1,400 square feet across two floors and offers an assortment of womenswear, menswear, footwear, handbags and home items.

The store design has a coastal California-inspired aesthetic and features neutral colours and seventies-inspired furnishings.

Craig Samuelson, senior vice president of international at Vince, said: “We are thrilled to advance our global retail strategy with the opening of our first UK/European Vince store in the South Kensington neighbourhood of London. We have a strong following in the UK and believe this store will help to solidify our presence in the market.”

Meanwhile, the New York shop on Fifth Avenue spans 2,800 square feet and sells the brand’s full range of products.

Brendan Hoffman, Vince chief executive, said: “Fifth Avenue presents an incredible opportunity to expose Vince to both local and international markets and really capitalise on our global appeal.”

Both stores will offer monthly customer engagement events including wellness sessions, creative workshops and in-store demonstrations.
