VF Corporation appoints vice president of investor relations
VF Corporation, the owner of brands such as Timberland and The North Face, has appointed Allegra Perry as vice president of investor relations.
Reporting to VF’s chief financial officer Matt Puckett, she will begin her new role in January.
Perry has worked for nearly 25 years in the retail, fashion, luxury goods and sporting goods sectors in both investment banking and in-house corporate roles.
During the first part of her career, she focused on stock coverage as an equity research analyst before taking up strategic planning and investor relations positions in 2014. Her most recent roles have included serving as head of strategic planning and investor relations for Mulberry and director of investor relations and corporate affairs at the Watches of Switzerland Group.
At VF Corporation, Perry will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s investor relations programme whilst working closely with VF’s executive leadership team and the company’s 12 brand leaders.
Puckett said: “We’re excited for Allegra to join the VF family and lead our investor relations function into this next phase. She brings the ideal blend of experience having held senior-level roles across investment banking, business development and investor relations, all within the global apparel and retail sectors. She knows our industry inside and out, and her extensive international experience will be invaluable as we communicate VF’s story of global growth in the years ahead.”
