Trotters appoints chief executive
Childrenswear retailer Trotters has appointed Bruce Langlands as chief executive.
Due to join the business next month, Langlands has been working as a management consultant with Joël Robuchon International since 2019. Prior to that, he was executive director of foods and restaurants at Selfridges and earlier in his career held a similar role at Harrods.
At Trotters, Langlands will succeed Ed Goodman who is relinquishing his position due to health reasons, but will continue to oversee Trotters’ business development function and partner relations.
Trotters founders Sophie Mirman and Robert Ross told Drapers: “We are looking forward to welcoming Bruce on board with his excellent leadership skills and his understanding of premium and luxury brands which will enable Trotters to expand further its horizons and deliver its successful strategy.”
