TFG London to open largest ever multi-brand flagship

Fashion retail group TFG London is to open its largest ever store after signing for a 12,000 square foot space at Liverpool ONE.

The new flagship will be home to TFG’s HobbsPhase Eight and Whistles fashion brands and will also offer homeware from Inside Story.

Due to launch on South John Street next spring, the opening will mark a return of all four brands to Liverpool and will offer Hobbs’ luxury fashion, Phase Eight’s occasionwear ranges, and Whistles’  contemporary womenswear. Specialist collections including bridal and petite ranges will also be on offer, as well as a luxury styling suite for event shoppers.

Meanwhile, the Inside Story department will stock a range of premium soft furnishings and home accessories.

Caraline Money, global retail director of TFG said: “We are thrilled to be returning to Liverpool with our new multi-site flagship store which will house Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight and Inside Story all under one roof.

“Our new store strategy is focused on opening bigger and better stores in prominent shopping destinations like Liverpool where we have built a loyal ever-growing customer base.”

The news follows the recent opening of the first stage of Zara’s upsized store on South John Street earlier this month. This will be followed by the launch of its complete 42,000 square foot shop in December.

Rob Deacon, director of asset management at Grosvenor, said: “TFG London is another step in South John Street’s evolution, reflecting our strategy of securing new brands and upsizing existing retailers to add to its ‘best of the high street’ mix.

“Making their return to the city for the first time in five years, we’re excited to welcome Phase Eight, Hobbs, Whistles and Inside Story’s complete fashion and homewares offer, complementing our existing line-up of top retail brands.”
