Ted Baker appoints Jennifer Roebuck as chief customer officer

Ted Baker has appointed Jennifer Roebuck to the newly created role of chief customer officer.

Currently a non-executive director of Ted Baker, Roebuck will be stepping down from the position in April as a result of joining the company’s leadership team full time. In her new role, she will develop a customer and digital strategy and explore new digital partnership opportunities to drive accelerated growth.

Sharon Baylay, Ted Baker acting chair of the board, said: “We are delighted that Jennifer is joining the executive leadership team. Her background in digital transformation and brand marketing, particularly in the lifestyle and clothing sector will be of huge benefit to the leadership team as they look to position the business for future success.”

Roebuck’s previous roles have included chief marketing officer at Feelunique and multichannel marketing director at French Connection.

In a statement, Ted Baker said it is making good progress in its search for a permanent chair and chief executive for the business.
