TAG Heuer opens standalone boutique in Covent Garden

Luxury watch brand TAG Heuer has opened a new standalone store in London’s Covent Garden shopping destination.

Spanning 82 square metres, the boutique style shop features a contemporary design with artwork and objects that invite visitors to discover the heritage and partnerships of the brand. This includes videos of tennis player and ambassador Naomi Osaka and campaign imagery of Porsche.

The shop is the second standalone TAG Heuer boutique in London following the opening of a flagship shop on Oxford Street. Situated on James Street, it offers a selection of the brand’s heritage timepieces including the Autavia, the Aquaracer Professional collection and the latest generation of the TAG Heuer Connected series which will be the focus of the store’s window displays.

Rob Diver, managing director of TAG Heuer UK and Ireland, said: “Covent Garden is the perfect expression of a metropolitan, luxury retail destination. As TAG Heuer already enjoys very high levels of awareness all over the capital, we look forward to building on this even more by showcasing the best of TAG Heuer and welcoming clients into this new boutique.”

Michelle McGrath, executive director of Capco, added: “TAG Heuer represents the very best of contemporary luxury retail and timeless watches. They are the perfect addition to Covent Garden’s innovative brand mix set within a world class heritage destination focused on unique experiences, thoughtful curations and sustainability.”
