Swarovksi appoints Alexis Nasard as chief executive
Luxury crystal brand Swarovksi has appointed its first chief executive outside of the Swarovski family as it continues its transition from a family managed business to a family owned company.
The 127 year-old business has recruited Alexis Nasard for the role. He previously held chief executive positions at Kantar and footwear specialist Bata Group and was also president of western Europe and global chief marketing officer at Heineken. Due to join the business in July, Nasard will succeed Michele Molon who has been leading the business on an interim basis and will take a new role of chief commercial officer.
