St Luke’s Hospice to open new Department Store at Kilner Way Retail Park

St Luke’s Hospice is set to open its largest department store yet at Kilner Way Retail Park, Wadsley Bridge, on Monday, 30th September.

The 8,500 sq ft charity store will offer a wide range of pre-loved goods for Sheffield’s eco-conscious shoppers.

Jenny Booth, St Luke’s Head of Retail, said: “We’re so excited to open St Luke’s Kilner Way – our biggest store yet. We’re welcoming supporters to join us for our ribbon cutting so, please come along and get involved!”

Following the success of their shop at The Moor, the Kilner Way store will feature hand-picked items including clothing, furniture, books, and records. “The new store, meeting the rising demand for cost-conscious shopping and high-quality pre-loved goods, will sell a full range of eco-conscious items,” Jenny added. “We’ll be covering everything from contemporary and vintage fashion to occasion wear – departments will include clothing, furniture, books and records. We can’t wait!”

The new store offers three hours of free parking and convenient public transport links, plus an additional 7,000 sq ft of warehouse space for donations.

St Luke’s Hospice supports people aged 18 and above with terminal illnesses, providing medical and holistic care from diagnosis and beyond. The hospice operates 16 shops across Sheffield, contributing vital funds for their free services.

The opening will be marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10.30am, with live music in-store. Follow @stlukeskilnerway on Instagram or StLukesKilnerWay for updates.
