Sportswear brand ’47 celebrates MLB’s return to UK with London pop-up

Premium sportswear brand ’47 is to open a new pop-up store in Soho on 23 June.

With the launch coinciding with the opening of the Major League Baseball London Series, the shop on the corner of Air Street will be showcasing the brand’s apparel and headwear, as well as a range of exclusively available limited edition items.

The space will very much function as a concept store and will be decorated with sports memorabilia and heritage photo-walls,

John Gough, general manager of EMEA at ’47, said: “Baseball is key to our origin story as our founders started the company selling newspapers and pennants outside of Fenway Park in Boston, so we are excited to once again integrate our brand with Major League Baseball for the MLB London Series.

“We’ve created a bespoke store inspired by our rich American heritage to present our seasonal collections and bring fans closer to their favourite teams.”

The ’47 pop-up is situated at 19 Air Street and will remain open until 8 September.
