Sosandar signs licensing agreement with Next for homewares range

Women’s fashion retailer Sosandar has signed a licensing agreement with Next for the development of a Sosandar homewares range.

The news follows the success of the brand’s existing partnership with Next which sells its clothing collections.

With Next being one of the largest homeware retailers in the UK, Sosandar said the deal will enable it to benefit from the retailer’s specialist technical and sourcing skills.

The range will include a full set of living room furniture and accessories, including sofas, accent chairs, rugs and lighting. Due to launch in the autumn of 2025, it will be sold online exclusively at Next.co.uk.

The licensing agreement requires no capital expenditure by Sosandar.

Ali Hall and Julie Lavington, co- chief executives of Sosandar, said: “It is a proud moment for the Sosandar brand to be licensing through Next, a testament to the strength of what we have built.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage our brand equity and extend the success Sosandar has had through third party partnerships with little risk and no capital expenditure.

“Importantly, the homeware range will broaden our reach into new audiences and enable existing customers to deepen their affinity to our brand.”
