Sosandar appoints interim chairman
Fashion brand Sosandar has announced that its non-executive director Nick Mustoe has been appointed as interim chairman.
He has taken up the role with immediate effect and will continue until a permanent appointment is made.
The news follows the sad and sudden death of the retailer’s previous chairman Bill Murray last month.
Mustoe said: “While it is in incredibly sad circumstances that I take this role, as Bill was a fantastic chairman and has left a lasting legacy to the business, I am proud to have been appointed as interim non-executive chairman.
“I look forward to working with Ali, Julie, Steve and the rest of the board as the group continues to move forward on its journey to become one of the largest womenswear brands globally.”
Sosandar sells its women’s fashion ranges through its own website and through brand partnerships with Next, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, The Very Group, JD Williams and Sainsbury’s.
