Sosandar adds Lesley Watt to its board
Sosandar has appointed Lesley Watt to its board as a non-executive director as it continues to execute its growth strategy..
Possessing 25 years’ experience in board and senior finance positions across private, public and third sectors, she is a former chief financial officer 0f Miller Developments and has also previously held a finance director role at Scottish and Newcastle. Watt is currently a member of the Tatton Asset Management board.
The women’s fashion retailer has also announced that its former group finance director Mark Collingbourne will step down as a non-executive director of the business on 1 September.
