Seasalt launches resale service
Fashion brand Seasalt has launched a resale platform to enable shoppers to buy pre-loved and repaired Seasalt clothing that has been taken back from customers to be rehomed.
The brand’s takeback service with Reskinned, the sustainable pre-loved clothing repair and resale specialist, has received over 2,000 items in the first six weeks since launch. The items will be ready to shop from 2 April.
Paul Hayes, chief executive of Seasalt, said: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible response from customers getting involved in the takeback initiative and are delighted to be able to launch the resale service so quickly. It’s so important to us, as a business, to do what we can to encourage circularity in our industry and the success to date is testimony to the quality of our Seasalt product.”
