Salvatore Ferragamo appoints new chief financial officer

Salvatore Ferragamo, the luxury Italian footwear and accessories brand, has appointed Ugo Giorcelli as its new chief financial officer.
Due to take up his new position in March, he will replace Ernesto Greco as part of an agreed succession plan.
With strong international experience, Giorcelli has been working since 2007 as chief financial officer of Amplifon.
Greco has worked with Salvatore Ferragamo since 2007 and helped the company to achieve its listing on the Italian stock exchange in 2011.
With approximately 4,000 employees, Salvatore Ferragamo operates 660 stores worldwide.
