Richard Anderson expands Savile Row premises
Savile Row tailor Richard Anderson has expanded its premises to include the ground floor of its site at 13 Savile Row.
The move means the business will close its current workshop in Soho as it looks to move all of its tailors to a workshop on the ground floor of the Savile row premises. The new space will enable the brand to expand both its bespoke and ready-to-wear services.
Richard Anderson director Brian Lishak said: “It’s a stepping-stone into bespoke for new clients, and we are seeing a tremendous return on our investment. The expansion is a pivotal moment for the company, and we’re excited for what the future holds.”
The company launched in 2001 as the first new bespoke tailors to open on Savile Row in 50 years.
Richard Anderson added: “Although we are based on Savile Row, our name and tailoring have a global reach. The expansion is a natural progression for the brand ensuring we stay true to our DNA, the quality of the cut and make of our product.”
