Reiss launches new website to improve customers’ shopping experience

Reiss has unveiled a new website which will aim to offer shoppers an improved customer experience and upgraded services.

The new Reiss platform is contracted to Next Total Platform as part of an agreement that followed Next’s acquisition of a 25% stake in the fashion retailer in March 2021

UK shoppers visiting the site can now benefit from better stock availability thanks to new store fulfilment technology and the order cut off point for next day delivery has been extended from 7pm to 11pm. Meanwhile, next day delivery as standard has been reduced to £5 and free next day delivery in-store has been expanded from 50 to 600 collection points.

In a further move, customers can now access immediate refunds in-store for online orders.

In addition to the UK, Reiss is currently trading with international websites in the US, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland and Hong Kong, and will be adding a local site in the Netherlands.

Reiss chief executive Christos Angelides said: “We are pleased to offer our customers an improved shopping experience with a new look to the website and upgraded services. The cut-off time for next-day delivery will move from 7 pm to 11 pm, and click-and-collect locations have expanded from 50 to 600 points. Customers will also enjoy increased stock availability and choice.”
