Regatta Group appoints Tom Goodman as chief digital and technology officer
Regatta Group has appointed Tom Goodman to its board in his new position of chief digital and technology officer.
Goodman will lead the digital, customer experience, tech, data and AI functions across the group, and will also oversee the roll out of a membership scheme this month to drive loyalty and retention.
He will also help Regatta Group to begin fulfil online orders with same-day collections through its stores and leverage AI to improve efficiencies and drive decision making.
After joining the group in 2020 as digital director, Goodman has re-launched multiple websites across the group, built in-house digital marketing and technology teams, and overseen the launch of several new partner platforms with the likes of Frasers Group, Decathlon, Marks & Spencer and ASOS.
Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting at Deloitte and then held director positions at Selfridges and JD Sports Group.
