Radley appoints Johanna Konta as brand ambassador

The Radley London accessories brand has appointed British Number 1 tennis player Johanna Konta as a brand ambassador.

Konta will front the brand’s Radley Spirit campaign. The partnership will also see Radley launch the Johanna Konta Edit, a collection of Konta’s favourite pieces from the spring/summer 2019 collection. This will include a special Johanna Konta Tote Bag.

Julia Darlington, chief brand officer at Radley London, said: “Johanna Konta is a natural fit for both the brand and the Radley Spirit campaign, which is inspired by women who live life on their own terms, with the passion and drive to make things happen.

“Not to mention, as a brand Radley has always been committed to celebrating London. Wimbledon is one of the capital’s most iconic sporting events and we can’t wait to see Johanna showcase both her skills and her style on the court.”

With the range due to launch in June, a percentage of sales from the Alba Place Camera Small Zip Around Crossbody Bags will go to homelessness charity Centrepoint, of which Konta is a patron.
