Psycho Bunny’s Mental health ‘Dad Up’ Campaign

Global fashion retailer Psycho Bunny have launched a mental wellness campaign that aims to elevate the way “you dad”, challenge traditional stereotypes and command a double take from the viewer around the brand.

The campaign will fashionably elevate the traditional aesthetic of fatherhood and include a new trend polo collection, Dad Up Care Tags and in-store opportunities on Father’s Day.

The brand will introduce for the first time, their new #DadUpCareTag, promoting mental health awareness and self-care strategies for dads everywhere. The Dad Up Care Tag will include support and resources so dads can prioritize their well-being.

By including mental health resources and information on their clothing, Psycho Bunny hopes to help their customers prioritize their well-being and encourage them to seek help if needed.

Matthew Morein, VP of Brand and Marketing at Psycho Bunny, commented:

“To make sure we offer the right care, we have partnered with those who know mental health best. We are proud to partner with Head Up Guys to promote mental health awareness and self-care strategies for men. By including mental health resources and information on our clothing, we hope to help our customers prioritize their well-being and encourage them to seek help if needed.”

“We believe that looking good starts with feeling good, so our vision for the future includes well-being information on every care label, giving our customers instant access to mental health resources and support.”

By partnering with Heads Up Guys, a leading mental health organization focused on men’s mental health, Psycho Bunny is taking a proactive approach to promoting positive mental health and well-being. In addition to raising awareness, Psycho Bunny will also be making a significant donation to the organisation to show their commitment to not only raising awareness about mental health for men but also to taking concrete actions to support organizations that work towards this cause.

Josh Beharry, Project Manager at Heads Up Guys commented:

“We are thrilled to join forces with Psycho Bunny Inc. in our shared mission to promote and enhance men’s mental health. With this collaboration, we strive to break barriers, spark conversations, and uplift men and their families around the globe. Together, we’re working toward inspiring change and living well.”

The campaign will include collaborations with celebrities and influencers including Sean Lowe – famous from the Bachelor who will be live sharing what it’s like to Dad Up and be there for his kids.  Other influencers like Jack Freestone will be teaching his son how to surf and professional basketball player Nate Robinson will stream playing basketball with his kids and opening up about his mental health.

Psycho Bunny has become a recognised name in the fashion industry since its establishment in New York in 2005. Over the years, the brand has expanded its operations worldwide. Psycho Bunny has tripled its business in the past two years and by the end of 2023, is set to operate more than 100 stores worldwide.
