Pennington has built a successful career in retail, holding key roles at renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren, Topshop/Topman, White Stuff, and most recently, spending the last eight years with Charles Tyrwhitt. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong focus on retail excellence and business growth. Under his leadership at Charles Tyrwhitt, the company reached the finals of the People in Retail Awards twice, securing the prestigious Employee of the Year award on both occasions.
A champion of talent development and internal succession, Pennington has played an integral role in building strong leadership across store networks. As Retail Director at ProCook, he will oversee the company’s retail strategy, enhance the in-store experience, and support ProCook’s ambitious store expansion plans.
