Pretty Little Thing enters the metaverse with first digital model

Pretty Little Thing has entered the metaverse by introducing its very first digital model.

The latest member of Pretty Little Thing’s model and influencer family is now showcasing some of this season’s hottest trends.

In a statement, the retailer said: ‘’As a reactive brand we have always listened to our customers’ requests to provide them with innovative and progressive content. Virtual Girl bridges the gap between metaverse and real life, where for the first time, our customers can discover Pretty Pretty Little Thing products showcased by the latest addition to our model/influencer family.’’

Pretty Little is also launching a competition to find a proper name for Virtual Girl. Customers can put forward their proposed name on an Instagram post that shares the metaverse news. The entrant whose name is chosen will win the chance to be turned into another virtual model featured on the site.

The retailer added: ‘’We are excited to see how our followers connect with Pretty Little Thing on this initiative and work with us to develop Virtual Girl’s journey at Pretty Little Thing.’’
