Prada makes three new appointments within management team
Prada has made three strategic appointments within its top management team.
From 2 May, Andrea Bonini will take on the role of group chief financial officer and will be responsible for the group’s administration, finance, control, tax and investor relations departments. Reporting to Prada chief executives Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli, he will succeed Alessandra Cozzani who is leaving in September. He has previously held senior positions at Goldman Sachs International.
In addition, Cristina De Dona has become group general counsel after previously working with The Hershey Company. In her new position, she will oversee the supervision, development and consolidation of all legal, intellectual property and corporate affairs.
Meanwhile, Diego Maletto has joined Prada Group in the role of group internal auditing director, reporting to board chairman Paolo Zannoni. His prior roles include stints at Autostrade per l’Italia and Vodafone.
