Phase Eight upsizes at Bluewater
Phase Eight is to open a new upsized store at Bluewater later this month after trading at the Kent shopping centre for 20 years.
Spanning 2,499 square feet, the flagship shop will be 336% bigger than the fashion retailer’s previous store at the scheme.
The shop will feature Phase Eight’s new store concept which has been rolling out since the opening of the retailer’s London Westfield White City store in 2022.
It will stock Phase Eight’s latest event and ready-to-wear collections, shoes and accessories, and will also house limited-edition ranges such as childrenswear, bridal, bridesmaid and black-tie.
Caraline Money, group retail director of Phase Eight, said: “We are proud to be opening our new Bluewater store, a centre we have successfully traded in for the past 20 years.
“The location will allow us to showcase our full range, including limited-edition collections, which were not available in the previous store. Our store manager Katie and the team are excited to welcome both returning and new customers to the stunning new store.”
Phase Eight began expanding its retail estate last year with 13 stores across the UK and Europe. It is also planning to open stores in places like Bury St Edmunds, Dublin, Glasgow, and Hamburg later this year.
James Waugh, centre director – Bluewater, said: “Here at Bluewater, we are always striving to create the best possible guest experience, so we’re delighted to be welcoming back Phase Eight following its relocation to a larger space.
“Phase Eight is among our longest-standing brands, having traded at the centre for over 20 years, so we’re sure our guests will be delighted to be able to shop an even wider array of clothing in the new flagship store.”
The new shop will open on 24 May.
