Pandora names new general manager for British Isles

Jewellery brand Pandora has announced that Nicole Clayton will become its new general manager of the British Isles on 1 April.

Having worked extensively with a range of global consumer goods and fashion brands, Clayton served as global chief digital officer for Nestlé Nespresso in Switzerland from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, she was chief executive of the Americas  at denim brand G-Star and also served as global vice president at US footwear company Caleres.

Her career has also included stints at LVMH, Aritzia and Bottega Veneta.

Massimo Basei, chief commercial officer at Pandora, said: “Nicole’s expertise in leadership, building high-performance teams, and driving transformative change makes her the perfect fit for Pandora.

Never Miss a Retail Update!

“She has extensive experience from leading consumer brands, and I am confident that she will bring fresh energy and valuable insights to the team as they continue to elevate our brand’s desirability and drive growth.”

Originally from New York, Clayton is currently based in Switzerland but will relocate to London for her new role.

Clayton said: “I have been watching Pandora’s incredible journey and transformation, and I am impressed by the continued commitment to craftsmanship, creativity, and sustainability.

“I am thrilled to join the team and to contribute to the continued evolution and success of the world’s largest jewellery brand,”

Her appointment follows previous general manager Sonia Lopez Delgado’s decision to step down for personal reasons.
