Pandora and Sandersons team up to launch new concept concession
Jewellery brand Pandora is working with Sandersons to introduce a new concept concession at the the independent department store’s shops in Stroud and Sheffield.
Marking the first collaboration of its kind for the jewellery brand, the bespoke space will feature an adapted version of its new Evoke 2.0 concept store and will stock Pandora’s full jewellery range, including the latest collections.
It will also offer all services expected at a Pandora store, including MyPandora, click and collect, and endless aisle—where customers can order items not stocked in-store and have them delivered to their home free of charge.
Due to launch in October, both concessions will be situated on the ground floor of the Sandersons’ stores and will be staffed by Pandora’s expert team.
Louise Fearnehough, managing director at Sandersons Department Store, said: “The is a real coup for Sandersons and we are so excited to be able to make this announcement and to be working with such a prestigious partner.
“We have been working for some time with the team from Pandora on these plans and it is fantastic to be able to share the news that our Stroud and Sheffield stores will house fabulous new Pandora concessions this autumn.
“The vision for the concessions looks absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to see the finished areas in both stores. We love the Pandora range and also the company’s ethos and values and they fit perfectly with our stores.”
Founded in 1982 by Danish goldsmith Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie, Pandora has a presence in over 100 countries. The brand is now sourcing recycled silver and gold for all of its jewellery as part of plans to halve greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2030.
Ross Monaghan, sales director at Pandora UK, said: “This marks a proud moment for Pandora as we open our first concession in collaboration with Sandersons.
“As a premium department store with values closely aligned to our own, this partnership feels like a natural fit. We’re excited to see what this collaboration will deliver, allowing us to meet new customers and offer them the full Pandora jewellery experience.”
