Oliver Bonas launches new Milton Keynes store
Fashion and homewares retailer Oliver Bonas has opened a new store at the Centre:mk shopping centre in Milton Keynes.
Spanning 1,400 square feet, the store is situated on Sunset Walk near the M&S entrance. Other fashion and homeware retailers on Sunset Walk include Molton Brown, Jigsaw, White Stuff and Hobbs.
A spokesperson for Oliver Bonas said: “We are hugely excited to now offer our latest unique designs, updated weekly, to shoppers at Centre:mk. The centre’s catchment sits well within our plans for growth across a suburban footprint and we’re pleased to be trading in this prime retail destination.”
The shop will sell a range of furniture, jewellery and clothing. Founded in 1993, Oliver Bonas now operates 70 stores throughout the UK and is looking to expand in suburban areas.
Speaking on behalf of Centre:mk’s joint owners Hermes Investment Management and AustralianSuper, Ed Sellick said: “The opening of Oliver Bonas strengthens our offer, providing a first-rate fashion and lifestyle selection for our visitors to Centre:mk. Oliver Bonas is a modern and ethically conscious brand, which is something that The Future Shopper Report, commissioned by us, detected as a key element in the future of retail and is also increasingly important for consumers looking for ethically sourced products and gifts all year round.”
