New Look hires Nigel Oddy as chief operating officer

Fashion retailer New Look has hired Nigel Oddy, the former chief executive of House of Fraser, as its chief operating officer.
Due to take up his new position on 1 April, Oddy was also previously House of Fraser’s chief operating officer and chief executive of The Range.
Alistair McGeorge, executive chairman of New Look, said: “On behalf of the board, I am delighted to welcome Nigel to the business. His operational expertise and significant retail experience will be a great asset to the team as New Look continues to deliver on its turnaround strategy and reposition itself for future growth.”
