New Look appoints new non-executive director
Fashion retailer New Look has announced that Stuart MacKenzie has become a non-executive director of the business.
He has replaced John Gnodde who stepped down from its board on 1 March.
MacKenzie is currently chief executive of Ethos Private Equity where he has worked since 2014. New Look said it hopes to benefit from his extensive experience of working with portfolio companies and all parts of the private equity and venture capital value chain.
Alistair McGeorge, New Look non-executive chairman, said: “On behalf of the board I would like to thank John for his support and contribution to New Look over the last five years. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. I am delighted to welcome Stuart to the board. We look forward to working with him and benefiting from his expertise.”
